They can’t fix a zipper or coat .. I picked it up and it was partially broken and gave them another chance to fix the zipper again and it still wasn’t fixed properly so I demanded for my money back and ended up getting it back... don’t ever go there because they don’t do a great job or can’t fix nothing!
