Exhausting options. Scheduled for regular pick up on 12/24. Only gray and green cans picked up. Black cans not picked up. Eight streets and 125 homes skipped. Mostly cul de sacs. Called and rep said driver posted route as \finished.\ Five days later, still no pick up. Was promised 12/28 by 7 PM (or 12/29 by noon). Trash continues to sit outside and build for 125 homes.

They should take themselves out to the trash. Customer Service is useless (BS excuses get old quick). Drivers are overpaid lazyasses that lie about pickups. All of us neighbors have had to file complaints. It's amazing people can't do a job as simple as picking up trash. It's not rocket science...
Our community (Horsethief Canyon) a lot did not have their Recyclables picked up on Tuesday. Called Wednesday told would be picked up that evening. Others were told Thanksgiving morning. They did not pick up. Then was told Friday or Saturday. Still no show.
they didnt pick up my trash and left me hanging day by day til the week after...its harder to get a hold of customer service than at the dmv! this is unacceptable!
I recently moved into a new house and it is now been a month and I have still not received my trash collection containers. Customer Service says they are going to expedite the shipment everyday I call and I still have not received the containers.
