Dr Fuentes is fine. I dont know what to think about the nurse. Or she doesn't know her job or doesn't want to work. Not really helpful at all.

Dr. Cardenas front office staff Cindy is an amazing and patient person. She was busy on a call and was still able to multi task. Dr Cardenas is not even our Dr. The other staff for our Dr. was rude but changed the attitude soon after. Nurse and Doctors are wonderful.

Our first appointment here was awful. We had just moved and had no idea where the office was located and no one would answer their phone to help us. Our second appointment, a well check, we waited more than an hour to see the doctor. It's a big office and they are professional but not warm to the patients.

My 4mo sees Dr Lechin. He is so nice and patient with me, being a first time mom I come in every time with a list of questions. I have called with questions and one of the Drs from the group calls back quick. I would recommend this group anytime. Im willing to drive from Rockport.

Very disappointed in this office. I was referred by a friend to Dr. Fuentes. I have called twice to get an appointment for my son. Rather than them telling me the doctor isn't taking new patients or that my insurance company pays slow so they don't want to take it, I instead I get a run around and told they will call me back then never do. I am over it.
