This is so far the best car dealership i have came across. If you would like to get a new car or a used one this is the best place to get it. Ask for Brain Breaux. He is very sweet, personable and straight forward. Got all of my deal done over the phone and it was perfect. Even the accounts guy is very nice and cool. Couldnt have asked for a better dealer :)

We set an appointment late on a Saturday afternoon to test drive a Corsair. Our Salesperson, Luke, was great. He was very knowledgeable about the car that we came to see. However, the service department failed. Even though we set an appointment and a LATE appointment, the car that I had already selected BEFORE I showed up, it had to have the battery replaced(!). That process delayed the detail cleaning. I would think that if someone was already interested and possibly going to buy a particular vehicle, it should have already been checked over and thoroughly detailed prior to our arrival! At least it should have been ready by the time we went through all of the paperwork process. We waited until after 7:00pm! Our appointment was at 2:30pm!! Luke did everything he could possibly do except replace the battery and detail himself! He did actually continue to spot check after the detailer finally finished. Very disappointed.

We are from out of state working in Falfurrias for a short time. My wife called for an oil change, and got a call back the next day; however, she took her chance and just showed up at the dealership. She received the call while she was in the lobby. The Lincoln Concierge came out and met with her personally. My wife said everyone was very professional and accommodating toward her. It makes me feel very pleased to know my wife can go and take care of her own vehicle and not have to worry about getting treated unfairly just because she is a woman. Thank you Elizabeth Garza for making my wife feel comfortable with her oil change and tire rotation. Thank you Matthew Lenardu for treating my wife with respect and courtesy. I truly recommend Access Ford for service.
