I had some issues with the parts guys here at this location blowing us off, not returning calls, ordering wrong parts. Then their system kept having difficulties ordering. As an owner/operator my machine not working far exceeds any maintenance costs... So my mechanic and I both addressed them. Got the Honcho over here Tim Ziegler. Not only did he make it right, but he sent someone out way to AP to service the machine, gave me the parts on the house and followed up personally. All this after I was rude and cussed them nine ways to Sunday and offered to discuss outside in the parking lot. Tim was always a professional, tried to understand and resolve the situation. Which he did 100%. This branch has a good leader and its always been my opinion if you have a good captain you'll have a good crew. Tim is 5 stars and I appreciate having a dealer that takes care of business so I can take care of mine... Thank you
