They forgot about my appointment to remove a pet stain on my area rug, and when they finally arrived they were over 2 hours late. We honestly cannot tell they did anything but get the carpet wet. The pet smell is still present - certainly did not smell like “lemony disinfectant” and was a waste of time and 150

Danny and Luis did an outstanding job when I brought my water-damaged vehicle in to be cleaned. I have never had a company or employees go so above and beyond to fix an issue! They were both very helpful, professional, and had a good sense of humor. They made my time there fun and engaging. Danny and Luis did a quick and thorough job and even gave me advice on other things about my vehicle! The pricing, just like the service, was also excellent. As a carpet cleaning service, I wasn't even sure they could work on car upholstery but I'm happy I called to find out.
