We had breakfast here the last two afternoons. I've enjoyed their breakfast. First I had pancakes and on the second day I had waffles. Both were well above average. Prices are fairly reasonable and even though they said they were short handed because of the extreme cold weather the service on both occasions was excellent. My wife had french toast on one day and eggs the next. Both her meals were very good. If you like your bacon crispy make sure you tell them or it will come out wimpy. Well be back in sure.

This place is AMAZING! The food is not only delicious but is also beautifully plated! The artistry that goes into both the ingredients and the visual presentation are impeccable! My favorite dish that I've tried here is the chicken and waffles! I give Chop & Eggs 5 Stars! Highly recommended!
My visit to Chops & Eggs was fantastic! Not only was this a lively little restaurant but the staff was also very enthusiastic and it showed in their attitudes as well as in their service. The food was fabulous and everything tasted very fresh and was full of flavor. The lamb chops I had were grilled to perfection and very tasty. The plate presentation was spectacular as well but don't take my word for it, I've included a picture! Overall, I highly recommend Chops & Eggs and whenever I am back in the Corpus area, I'll make sure to visit again!
I love eating here, the food is really good, plated beautifully with extra large portions. They had been doing great with social distancing, but are no longer following guidelines and were packed full today. Won't be going in person, anymore until the pandemic is over.
First, I love that the interior would offend someone from California lol if you go you'll see what I mean, this place is TEXAS tried and true, Get the Chicken Salad, you can feed 3 on it but its priced for 1. The food is good as can be, plates are done up fancy but the food is definitely down home style. Hospitality is off the charts. And you can go budget on up to gourmet at this place. We found our new regular spot for sure. They got a bar, the got screens to watch the games, your gonna love it here !
