lousy experience I bought 2 reclining armchairs, they delivered it broken and it was missing 2 pieces in 15 days. It is unfortunate and disappointed, it is only fair that they change me for a new one, today I went to complain and the manager told me that I could not continue attending because I had many clients, that unfortunately delivery took a long time, I am disappointed, I bought the new sofa and they delivered it damaged (broken and missing parts under the sofa, so I did not realize it was damaged, and the electric stopped working in 15 days, it is only fair to replace not repair

I just have to share what a great blessing it was to walk into Conn's and to be greeted with such friendly and energetic salesmen and women; eager to help you. One gentleman in particular, Justin R. who helped accommodate my searches for what I was needing for my new apartment. He worked strategically to help get my purchase financed by credit. I was quite doubtful because my credit isn't all that great and I got approved. God is Good! Thank You Conn's for making this dream come true for me.
