Excellent Customer Service! Thank you to the entire staff at Del Air Co. & RV! While traveling, I damaged the roof on my Class C Motor Home. I was over 2,000 miles from home and needed my roof repaired before traveling on. I talked to Robert on the phone and explained my situation. He had me come right in to assess the damage. Right away he and Mark started a quote with a parts list and reached out to my insurance company. Once the adjuster gave the “thumbs up” on the repairs, they went right to work ordering the parts and scheduling the work. They even helped me with rides to pick up and drop off a rental car! They had my roof replaced and sealed with quality work and had me on my way in record time. After several weeks and several rain storms – absolutely no issues!--

This place was the most honest trustworthy and more knowledgeable than any RV dealer I had been to in town. I never felt like they were trying to sell me more than what I needed or try to scam me. I can’t tell you how much help everyone was here the most exceptional service I have ever been given in my life! I feel so blessed to have gone here and to had met the people that helped me through buying an RV for my first time. They went above and beyond what they needed to and I can’t thank them enough. BEWARE AWARE‼️ Mark and I were witness to Del Air Co. & R.V. POOR Customer Service and they well deserve ZERO Recommendations. We Put our trust in their lead Man Service/Maintenance Department and he put my son out on the Highway knowing there was a problem. Mark and I are so disappointed in Mr. & Mrs. Del La Garza son Robert; I know his parents would have not treated us in the manner their Son Robert Del La Garza did.
