Very professional and knowledgeable for a reasonable price. I hired them to troubleshoot existing equipment, and they quickly identified the problem and cleaned up the area before leaving. They never tried selling me equipment that I didn't need or talk about a change in the service fee. I'll be hiring them again.

My sister got them in her new business. I live out of town so she asked if I would take a look at it as I came to visit her. I’ve been in the electronic security for 19 years. I discovered her system was programmed incorrectly. Nothing would have worked. She wondered why her alarm would never go off when she came in every morning. The sensor worked, the alarm was just programmed incorrectly. She also needed two keypads for each area to work unless she purchased a larger Alpha keypad to access multiple areas. She went months with no service and there was no way the installer tested everything when he finished. With her permission I ended up reprogramming the system and I wired in a second keypad. It works now but she threw money away for a long time since the system provided no security.

Even when you cancel with them due too higher rates they will not allow you to. Without jumping thru hoops.

Salesman lied. Read before you sign. They will trap you in a contract. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Receptionist is very rude.
