Excellent experience. Staff was very prepared AND friendly. My 84 year old was very happy (that rarely happens) and cooperated with staff and Dr Creamean. We got practical advice and realistic expectations for hearing aids. Testing was through and quick as they have in house facilities. We live 60 miles away and appreciate not having to make multiple trips. After tested the doctor gave us results immediately. Very pleased with the whole experience. Would highly recommend them !

Waiting area is very clean. Plenty of comfortable seating. The comfortable chairs is complementing the long wait to be seen. 23 minutes after my scheduled appointment was I called in. More to follow.

I have got great service, care, everything and everyone is so amaz. Fast service, they take great measures with each an everyone with making sure protecting from covid so it's safe to go. They are very informative takes time to explain everything an answer questions. Dr. Troy L. Creamean is who took care of me, did my surgery ,my follow up. He really did amazing surgery on me. I feel like new,I'm breathing, swallowing so good,no pain. This is only place I'll be going for now on. I highly recommend them.
