I ordered a Matthews Scroll in July (order-17366) and was told it would be six-week delivery, in Sept I received a trinket in the mail not what I ordered, I was told the foundry got the part numbers wrong. It took another 6-weeks but they didn't ship the screws. I requested the screws but was told they had to order from foundry. After many weeks I called then again no less that 4-times and apparently they were lost in the post office. i received an open envelop. The post Office rejected the mail due to parts cannot go through letter sorting equipment. After again calling the I was told they would ship in bubble type envelop. That was over a month ago and I have not received or heard from anyone. I would avoid doing business with this company at all cost.

I am so happy. I selected them mainly because they are the only business with a physical address, and I don't trust companies that don't. They were so kind, so helpful, so prompt in answering all my questions. My pet's marker is so beautiful. All my friends have praised it.
