Found Ezekiel Diamond (thankfully) after being told no from three chain jewelry retailers re: a diamond upgrade. Was feeling helpless and bummed out when Ezekiel told us not only that he could help BUT could have the ring finished within the week. He helped us feel welcomed as soon as we walked, greeting us in the door (with a mask). He listened to what we/I wanted to change as well as our price range. He provided options with such transparency, I felt as if none of them were a \bad option.\ Speaking of transparency, he showed us how he came to the present value of my trade-in diamond and also gently educated us about diamonds as my husband and I are far from the diamond field. Also he recommended full coverage insurance - an absolute must. We left happy with my absolute dream ring - highly recommend for anyone and everyone with jewelry needs!

I went in for a watch battery replacement and I received great customer service. While I was there I inquired about a custom ring, they created a beautiful, unique mother's ring for me. I just picked it up and I LOVE it!!
