We were greeted with kindness and compassion from the moment we walked in. Our business here was not planned and probably for them that's most likely often the case. Nonetheless, they were professional and supportive and they gave us the guidance we needed to get through our loss. We feel comfortable coming back in the future when the time comes. We appreciate all the staff for making us feel like family through the entire process. Thanks again.

Do Not Come Here! Funeraria del Angel - Memorial Holly was THE MOST unprofessional, disrespectful, and uncoordinated funeral home I have ever worked with. The whole experience from day 1 was disheartening. From the car sales man -like pre planning coordinator (who disappeared from contact once we signed our contract) to the elderly funeral assistant who consistently fell asleep at the wheel while driving my family in the limo (I have a video). But the winner was the clueless funeral director who refused to take accountability to our contract agreement, the family's wishes and the wishes of our deceased Uncle up to the first 15 minutes of the family viewing. We were consistently met with disappointing and unprofessional incompetent staff who were insensitive and not very helpful as we navigated this event. Funeraria del Angel - Memorial Holly made our family loss just that more disappointing. And Yes, someone needs to contact myself and/or my husband about these grievances so that this NEVER happens to another family EVER!
Had a very good experience with the funeral director by the name of a Kelly Acosta she was very professional and knowledgeable during the entire funeral process. I highly recommend this young lady and Memorial Funeral Home.Great job.
My brothers death was unexpected and from day one Micheal C helped us and guided us through this hard process during a time when we could not think. There was a time in this process that my family asked for certain things and they were caring and considerate of our requests. We are thankful for their professionalism and compassion. Sandra is awesome and most of all caring. Thank you for your kind words. Continue to help and guide others.
