It has fair weekly rates and monthly rates equivalent 2 an apartment . I stayed for over a month paying about 320 each week and i was gonna be a day late one time and they ended up kicking me out during one of the nights it was supposed to freeze with my wife a 2 kids.. the next morning when the office opened i held to my word and paid for another week... ... it wouldn't have been so bad except there website states they have flexibility in regard to payments

There is no pots pans not even a god coffee maker no ice maker it's old so it fills it when you walk in and the worst part is that there is a p p pad on the bed so all night you hear plastic I guess it's ok for a night or two but after that nope not for the price

All the reviews I almost didn't stay here. Is it a 5* no, but friendly staff, clean room no bugs like people say. I have 2 beds in my room, one is pretty comfortable the other is decent. Great price, plus save money on food with refrigerator microwave and stove... this will be my go to hotel when I'm in town.
No hot running water to shower with, cold water since I got here. The service here is terrible. Been asking when they will get it fix but just get the run around!!!!!!!!!
Friendly staff and was the 4th hotel we found who had a room available and accepted cash with deposit. Unfortunately there was more bad than good. Beds were maybe full size at the best and also very hard... almost like rocks. No amenities despite having a small "kitchen" area in the room. No breakfast offered of any kind, not even sure they had a ice maker since we had no bucket to put any in anyways. While we only stayed the one night and knew when checkout was...we still received a rather loud knock on the door to remind of when checkout was. My wife and I have stayed in all kinds of hotels and we've never had this happen before. Maybe they were trying to be nice about it but didn't seem that way. Only plus side was once we checked out and decided on Outback Steakhouse for lunch, it took us all of .5 seconds to get there. Would take an awful lot to reserve a room here in the future.
