The sign isn't lit up despite being 9:30 at night, the girls working the drive thru can't hear anybody, when we pulled up they had our order wrong and not only told us it was our fault for leaving our car running while trying to order but that we were being rude by complaining. Coupled with the fact that they were out of over half of the drink options and it's safe to say I probably won't be coming back to this location.

My husband & I had to get a quick meal. This Jack in the Box has the best fries, Jumbo jack with cheese and the sour dough chicken club. Great and very friendly customer service. Super attentive to everything. First fast restaurant that actually provides all the side sauces and plenty of napkins.
Room temperature fries and a drink machine that was out of almost every flavor were the primary negatives. My burger tasted ok but didn't come close to living up to the ad picture. It did have a decent amount of bacon at least and it tasted better than the bacon from most other fast food places.
Long wait but not by choice. Picking up a 3rd party delivery. I think the lobby needs to be open. Jack in the box needs to step up their game like other food restaurants. Now there out of drink carriers, just poor management skills, I then had to park around the front of store and the rest of my order was brought out. They didnt even tape shut the bags like other restaurants. I've complained before and doesn't do no good it is what it is.
I saw the fish sandwich advertised on tv and was rolling by the Jack restaurant and pulled in. There was not a lot of cars in the parking lot. I saw the flyer on the window offering fish sandwich, fries and a drink for 4.00. I ordered the combo and got it to eat inside. Everything was good and hot and I am pretty sure they just made everything as I waited. I will return again as this was very good for the price.
