During this trying time with Covid and then the weather, everyone stayed so professional and helped our family get through these three weeks it took to finally get my dad buried. They kept us up to date and kept everything moving forward even with all the challenges of Covid and then the ice storm in the middle of it all. Thank you for being so supportive.

I have noticed the lack of care to the bronze stones not just my parents site. Memory Gardens is a perpetual site. I went to the office and to speak to the Supervisor of the so called perpetual. The Supervisor was not available. The receptionist called my Repasentative for my Funeral arrangements. She said only the Military Grave Stones were cleaned and that Memory Gardens had not kept the cleaning due to torrential rains and flooding. All the vases were empty due to the rain and wind. The cleaning was not what I expected. I was disheartened. I went there yesterday with cleaning supplies. My helper was able to bring up the letters of my Father's side of the bronze stone. I was truly saddened that my Mothers bronze stone didn't clean as my Fothers. We will go back to Memory Gardens and try to do extensive cleaning on her bronze stone.

Great help in getting me through this rough time. From all the staff there at memory gardens to the funeral director (Lisa) who was wonderful. Thank you VERY much.

My family and I went to change flowers where my dad is laid to rest. We saw this man take a bronze vase from a grave. He casually carried the bronze vase and threw it inside his grey suburban. I wanted to get the license plates but I did not know how the man would react To see me take a photo of his license plates. My sister and I saw a lot of the bronze vases missing around the grave sites. We saw one vase that was taken out of one grave and we put it back. Many of the chains to the vases are missing and my dads is too. The years that I have gone- I have never seen so many of the bronze vases missing. There are no cameras around the area.
