I called to have my phone screen repaired and they quoted me a price and told me to take my phone in. When I arrived they raised the price 7 times what they told me so I left. When I walked outside to use my phone it was in a weird system function and I could not use it. I took it back inside and the clerk said he didn't do that, mind you he had my phone in the back room. And no, I never requested the back of my phone to be repaired. Even in your store your clerk said he messed up, not me. I'd appreciate some honesty out of your company. Why not post the video of your clerk taking my phone to the back not once but twice. Just wow on your professionalism.

I have a family of 6 and we all have had a need to have a phone screen fixed, battery replaced, cover and screen purchased and installed and home buttons repaired. There isn’t anyone else I use to take care of my family’s phones. I used to buy stuff on Amazon and do it myself but I’ve lost many phones trying that and I’ve never had a problem with a repair from this place.
