Love the doctors but the receptionist there are not so bright and very rude and not informative at all. I understand it's a pandemic but when scheduling an appt they need to let the parent know it can only be one parent not both. They are also very rude. I don't know what happened but they had better staff before. If you don't like your job find a new one.

Prior review of Dr and Saratoga office was good but unfortunately my child’s Dr is not going to Saratoga right now so I need reschedule for the Alameda office, they cannot do it for me. So I call Alameda- First try this time on hold for 10 minutes then disconnected. Second try on hold for 12 minutes then phone answered and put back on hold for about 5 minutes. Phone answered again and I just need to make an appointment and she transfers me to someone else who, of course, isn’t there and it goes to voicemail. This is the reason I chose the Saratoga office as I could never get through to Alameda, had I known I would Have to deal with this location I would have gone elsewhere

I will never take my son to this location ever again. He has a very bad stuffy nose, congestion. He had come home Thursday sick from school, no fever thankfully but with this very bad cold, he missed today as well. The over the counter medications that I'm able to give him have not helped him at all. When we arrived I had brought the medications that I have been giving him the past 2 days, the nurse who brought us to the room, said she would make note of them on his chart. Well, once the Dr. Maria Veronica Narcise entered the room one of the first questions she asked me was if I was giving him any medication? So, I was surprised and annoyed because they weren't busy, my son & I were the first patients there for the night Clinic. She then proceeds to ask questions I explain in detail all that had been happening and she looked in his nose and mouth & said well no fever so there's nothing I can do, maybe try Flonase or Zyrtec when both of those medications are part of his daily routine. Which had not been working, Which was Why I paid a co-pay to be there... FOR NOTHING!!!! She acted like she did not care, that it was no big deal that he couldn't breathe through his nose, and I was just so angry and disappointed the way I felt my son was not given the proper care. I will take this up with his Primary Dr. Ali Candas, I want this terrible experience here at the Alameda location with MARIA VERONICA NARCISE to be known. When we visit the Driscoll Clinic on Saratoga it's always a kind and professional environment. They actually pay attention to what is going on with him and they offer to HELP. They've always made me feel like my kid mattered. This visit I waited all day to take him to, was a waste of a co-pay and I HIGHLY don't recommend this place to anyone.

My son woke up on a Saturday morning crying with an earache. We were able to be seen at the Alameda location and it was by far the fastest service I have ever had at a doctor's office. Dr. Hensley was so warm, kind and fun with my son. This was our first time seeing her and can't recommend her enough!
