The lady at the front desk is extremely rude and the doctor talk for 20 minutes about football to each patient. I went for a tooth infection after dental office hours and he prescribed me a antibiotic and a muscle relaxer that the paperwork they gave me, the pharmacist and Harvard university said could be fatal when mixed together and should never be prescribed together. This place is a joke at the very best. I could go on and on. There is a reason this place has a 2.7 .

DO NOT GO HERE! As a medical professional, I can tell you this place is extremely unorganized. We called to see if we could get a rapid covid-19 test, and they said yes. We show up, and they say they are out. They call their other office to confirm they have tests, and send us to their other office. We arrive at the other office, fill out all the paperwork, and then get informed that they have the tests, but no machine to analyze them! We're then informed to go back to the first office as they just got their new tests in. So we arrive at the first office again, and are now informed that the price will be higher, because my wife is required to see the doctor because she is showing symptoms. Not allowed to just get the test, but have to pay to see the doctor now on top of the price of the test (which is the most expensive place to go get tested in Corpus Christi) Once everything is finally paid for, they call my wife back, and then tell me I'm not allowed to go in with her, because I might get exposed! We live in the same house and sleep in the same bed! They were extremely rude. Then, on top of all that, my wife waited in the exam room for 45 minutes waiting on the doctor! And there were no other cars in the parking lot. My wife had to walk out of the room and ask what was going on! Then, last but not least, my wife never got checked by a doctor! A physicians assistant came in, told her to take a few medications, never checked her out at all! No physical exam, didn't listen to her lungs, nothing! Just sent her out the door with a few prescriptions! I should have known when another lady came out from the back saying how horrible this place was.

I drove 14 hours to spend time with a friend here and the trip really bothered my fibromyalgia. I am so grateful that the doctor and especially the nurse, Cynthia were there to help me. My legs and lower back were inflamed and in terrible shape, but after my visit I was able to walk out to the car with much less pain. The wait was reasonable, the staff was friendly, this is certainly a 5 star joint.

I came in on Dec 30, 2020. As I came in , I signed all this paper to register for Dr to see me because of injury at work. But then I get called in to the room for the Dr to se me and the assistant ask me the same questions, “ I just answered all those damn questions on the papers I signed!” What’s the use of signing those papers at the beginning if the receptionist is not going to enter all my info!!........It’s now Jan 2, 2021 and I have a follow up Appt. I thought I was going in and out like within the hour, nope still waiting. Please for the sake of other customers please do something about y’all waiting too long in the lobby area. Just a thought, they should have follow ups scheduled mornings or afternoon.
