Took my front seats there and was initially impressed. They were completed within a couple of weeks and I was happy with the outcome. Took them my back seats in March of 2020 and paid 200 upfront. It's now March of 2021, and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone, and the company mailbox is full, so you can't even leave a message. I'm now out 200, and essentially just gave them my back seat. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. They just need to close down their shop. This is a poorly run business

I went to Bear Nut Upholstery to have a couple of small dog claw marks fixed on my vinyl door panel. Instead of making it better, they made it worse because they didn’t have the pattern to match it. They said they would fix it free of charge, but they just had to order the pattern. I have called and left numerous voicemails and also tried messaging them and they no longer respond. Here is proof of the lack of responses. Also, I have no voicemails from them. Please do not use this business.

These guys were seemingly good at first. They initially took longer than promised with my armrest, but no big deal. I was understanding to their situation. A couple of days after I received my finished armrest, it began to come apart. There are also some staples or something poking out that I've cut myself with on a couple of occasions. Again, not a big deal to me. I called and Kathy told me that Jerry would be there to work on it in the next couple of days. We scheduled a time for me to take my armrest back in. I was given a call on the scheduled day to tell me that Jerry would not be in the work on the armrest. This is what I was told when there was a delay for the initial work. Once again, not a huge deal. Kathy actually kept in contact with me for awhile letting me know time and time again that Jerry was either not going to be in or had to work on another project. These excuses went on for days, then weeks, and now months. Kathy has now stopped returning my phones calls all together. I have no idea why this would be as I've been completely calm and reasonable about the entire situation. I just want my armrest fixed. I paid 85 to have my armrest replaced so the work needs to be finished correctly.

Worst upholstery job I've ever seen. Had some boat cusions reupholstered and they just used white upholstery spray paint on one of the panels instead of actual upholstery. Very disappointing, will not recommend to anyone.

Amazing craftsmanship at Bear Nut. The employees are efficient, friendly and met my deadline ahead of time. My vintage 911 Porsche is as fine inside as outside.
