As a teacher with Spring ISD effected by Hurricane Harvey I was eligible for a furniture voucher through a City of Houston grant administered by Northwest Assistance Ministries. My husband and I made an appointment with Tracy Freeman to see what we could purchase with our voucher. Tracy spent close to an hour with us listening to our story and helping us locate furniture to replace pieces we lost. He patiently asked us about our needs and pulled up images on his computer screen for us to choose from. He knew his inventory and helped to locate pieces that would fit with our existing furniture. Our gently used furniture was delivered within a few days and everything was in excellent condition. Every piece exceeded our expectations. We are grateful for Tracy's patience and expertise and we are also grateful for a company that is willing to go the extra mile to help in the community.
