My husband and I have lived here since May 2019. We love the location! So close to Keswick park, restaurants, and has tons of sidewalks! We live in a top floor apartment and love the vaulted ceilings, open kitchen, and fireplace (we don't use it but it looks nice!) Never had any problems with the staff in the office. Everyone has always been happy to help or take time to meet with us!

Lived here since 2019 and have had no problems! Love the location very close to the YMCA and restaurants. Maintenance has been helpful and responds quickly. We had a problem with our washing machine and they replaced it with a new one! Parking is sometimes limited now since everyone seems to be staying home for work but that's not a deal breaker for me.

my fiancé and i have been here since august 2020 and we have had a phenomenal experience in our time. i read through some of the other reviews and some of y’all just sound like you want single-home benefits/amenities with an apartment rent lmao \u200d️ 1- we haven’t had break in issues of any kind. and there have been a few nights when i left my car unlocked 2- the office staff is super friendly (hey, Zach!) and very responsive. they seek to understand the full issue at hand and come up with solutions 3- the maintenance staff is also very quick and gets the job done well. i love running into rolando in the parking lot and getting to cut up with him for a bit before he has to run off to the next service appt 4- i haven’t seen the gates left open for more than a day - and even less of the gate and bar both being open 5- doggy stations always have bags and they are emptied regularly, the car wash port is clean, the community in general is clean, gym/pool also well maintained. NEVER had a pest problem 6- unit was cleaned properly when we moved in 7- yes, you can hear your neighbors when they walk sometimes or if someone screams. but bro you live in a building with 15 other units. some level of noise is just inherent in an apartment community. it has NOT been excessive anyway. i would recommend anyone to move here and we will likely stay until we buy a house. edit to add- parking lots can get full in the evenings but i haven’t had issues finding a spot if i needed to (just walk a little. you’ll live). but we pay for a garage so this is really a non-issue for me or our guests.

Lived here for almost a year and love the location, the responsive office staff, and the amenities (the pool is a lot of fun on the weekends). Although parking can be limited for friends coming over due to parking enforcement, it improved MY ability to park close to my apartment which is a huge plus for me. Only reason to leave is buying a house.
