Henderer was recommended to us from some very satisfied friends so we hired them to enlarge and remodel our small older home. We were extremely happy with the friendly staff. Their in- house design people helped us with options and ideas that proved to give us a better end product than either of us imagined. They turned our dreams into reality. We were also happy with their diligence and consistent work. Hardly a day went by that there wasn't someone (or a whole crew) working. The subcontractors they used were all just as proficient and on time as the regular crew. If you are looking to build a home, this is a good place to start. Dave was happy to sit down and give me the straight dope on how much stuff was going to cost. This was a free consult, where other contractor's will try to rope you into buying a full set of plans. They are also a green builder, with some excellent suggestions on energy-efficient homes. Highly recommend.
Dave and his crew at Henderer Design Build are fantastic! When a burst water pipe ruined the floors, walls, and ceilings in several rooms in our home, the Henderer team repaired the damage promptly and with the minimal amount of interruption. Typically, Henderer works on much larger jobs so I was very grateful that they were able to help us out. Definitely top-notch! Thanks Dave!
Twenty years ago Henderers-- then pretty new-- did a fantastic total remodel of our old (1860s) former schoolhouse. This year they graciously accommodated us with another partial remodel when our house was crushed by a tree. Excellent work and fine craftmanship despite having to work us into their already booked up schedule. A first rate organization.
