I ordered two wet/dry foundations and one of them was too light for me so I sent it back. I sent an email letting them know that I needed to change the shade of the make up and would like to order some more product because I really liked the quality of the foundation that worked for my complexion. The costumer service was amazing they answered within 24 hours and not only advised me on colors and product but were really prompt and had product that I love in just a matter of days. My experience with them was five stars and the product itself is high quality.

This is the worst foundation I've ever tried to work with. I ordered the wet/dry foundation. They were so very helpful with my order, I even got an email from the store. But when it didn't work for me...crickets. No help, no response. No help with returning it, either. So boo for customer service. Now, the quality! I don't care how many \professional\ artists have used this. It is grainy, irritating, and doesn't cover. It did, however, make my skin look exceptionally aged. If you have a wrinkle, this foundation will find it. I've worked and worked with it, to no avail. I set it aside and picked it up later...nope. I ordered two different shades. It just doesn't work. I couldn't give this stuff away. I feel a little betrayed. Ladies, don't bother with this one. And I've tried every application possible. I was told to change my skincare!!! lol
Cosmetics Depot is the best....they carry many brands of cosmetics and supplies and the people who are there to help with questions or to help you with your purchases are just great and are knowledgeable about their inventory. I like shopping at the Cosmetics Depot.
