I recently bought 2 pieces of furniture to match what I already have. In October I got a rain check and it was not until the first of the year that the furniture was in the store. The employees honored the discount that was active when I got my rain check. I also made a return and applied it toward my purchase, no problem. The employees were nice and did their job right. Thank You! It is hard working retail.

Decent service. One time I told them to hold my chairs and they said they had them and they would. The next day I go in to purchase them and they didn't have them.. I was a little upset but let that slide. The next time I had a "rain check" and the lady said they would honor the price they were since they were out of stock. Go in a couple weeks later after they NEVER even called me to tell me they were in the store, go to purchase them and they didn't want to honor the rain check. I then had to talk to a manager and she went ahead and did it. So that was nice of her. I have never been to the Nampa store but I just might have to!
While the service is ok and the selection is unique I had to order something that was in the advertising flyer. It took 3 months to get it and they gave me 48 hours to pick it up (only during daylight hours). This is a horrible policy for a huge store. I won't be buying any furniture there again, just funky treats, maybe not the lines are long.
employees are very nice and helpful, I've never had anything to complain about in terms of their customer service. and I absolutely love world market, I would live there if they let me ;)
Great and awesome furniture comes in wide range of design yet very affordable.

We went to return an item and the store was empty except for a small shelf of items all marked at 90% off. They were closing that location and were opening at a different location.
