Terrible customer service. I called this location 8/5/2020 to find out if they had both the Big Joe Kamado Grill and the Weber Summit Charcoal Grill on display because I am in the market for a grill wanted to compare the two. The gentleman I spoke to confirmed that indeed both grills were available at the store on display. I went to the store 8/9/2020 and when I walked in, two employees were each helping two different customers. I was not greeted, asked if I needed help, or to wait. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they both appeared to be busy. I browsed around the store did found that the Big Joe Kamado Grill was not even available. As a matter of fact, it appears they don't even carry Kamado Joe grills. About ten minutes went by and one of the employees finally finished assisting one of the customers who left. Still not greeted or asked if I needed help. I picked up some rubs and other items for purchase and continued to wait. At this time only one employee was busy. 25 minutes later. Still not helped. At this point I became upset at the poor customer service this location offers. I placed the items back on the shelves and walked out. I will never return to this location.
