Brilliant AV came highly recommended by our trusted IT company, so we reached out to them directly. We couldn't be happier. They made an appointment to come out and survey what we needed. Tim not only understood what we said we wanted, but also recommended what we really needed. Everything on the quoting and invoicing system was seamless. They scheduled techs to come out and do the installation work. They were on time, professional, and very helpful in answering our questions and showing us how to work the equipment. The wifi system they installed has worked flawlessly, whereas before we would have issues throughout the day. We also now have a beautiful TV in our backyard so we can sit outside and watch games. They have always been very professional, done an excellent job of installation, and communicate well. I would highly recommend them for any of their services.
