Called trying to order ink and after 3 transfers to the proper person she said she would look it up and then transferred me to her own voicemail. Guess i will take my business elsewhere.
This company has no idea what they're doing. They have been a nightmare to work with since day one. We got a new machine in 2018 and they were still sending us consumables for that machine a YEAR after that machine was gone! Then switching over the contract took 100x longer than it should have. When we could actually get a hold of someone, correspondence would go up the chain and no one could seem to figure out how to help us. Don't waste your time with these people, very unprofessional!!!
Image Source has been our provider and servicer of the Xerox copy machine at the office for a number of years. Peter, our service technician, is great. He’s always reliable, friendly and thorough. Having supplies at the ready with the automatic replenishment system makes things worry-free. The service we receive has made the use of our copy machine easy!
