If you're looking for an engagement ring or wedding bands, Jewel Princess is the way to go! Great service in a private setting. I went to so many other big jewelry stores looking for what I wanted and not only did they not have what I wanted, they were pushy, degrading and I hated everything about the experience. Tammy is so passionate about what she does and she took the time to explain EVERYTHING to my fiance and I, and we felt SO amazing after our experience there. Not only does she have an amazing variety of jewels, she created us the perfect collection to choose from based on what my styles and tastes were, as if I had my own personal jewelry shopper. She also does custom jewelry and will sketch up a design right in front of you. It was amazing...if only I had known she existed before! I am so thankful that a friend told us about her. I am recommending her to any and everyone I know who has any jewelry needs from now on. Stop by her office, you will NOT regret it!

Tammy was incredible and I highly recommend using her! I got an engagement ring from her. I brought my soon to be fiancé in, and Tammy helped her try different bands, diamonds, and arrangements until she found what she liked. The experience was great and was by far the most comfortable place I've been to while shopping for rings. We absolutely love Tammy and know you will to!
Called around and was put off by the few appraisers. Just had an appraisal done on several pieces after 15 years as updated insurance required it. JP was extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, terrific appraisal report and shared a lot of valuable additional information on insurance, valuation, etc. Bills hourly so really saves you on multiple items. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I can’t express how delighted I am to have met Tammy Nguyen (the Jewel Princess)! I went into the store not having a clue about rings, but she not only taught me about different sizes and styles of an engagement ring I wanted to purchase, but she helped me pick the PERFECT RING for my now fiancée. My fiancée loved the ring and I earned extra points with Tammy’s help :) Tammy’s customer service goes above and beyond its definition and I would and do not hesitate recommending her to anyone looking for the perfect ring.
Found Tammy on Etsy and messaged her regarding a curved wedding band I was interested in. She was quick to respond and super sweet and the pricing was fair (I also caught the site during a valentine's sale so was extra lucky). We live locally so did a visit to her office, a gorgeous little spot, and she was super kind and the rings were so pretty. We sized my ring and tried a few combos :). We decided to go with her to set a loose salt and pepper diamond we had already purchased into a custom ring and also get matching stacking wedding bands. I was a little nervous showing a GIA gemologist my heavily included 'salt and pepper' galaxy grey diamond but she thought it was beautiful and instantly put me at ease. Sooo glad. Plus her work is beautiful! She sent a CAD after we discussed a few options and worked with us for any changes we had via email and was easy to reach. Thank you!!
