So appreciative I could trust my vintage Yohji Yamamoto knit with Knitwear Doctor. Galia's service was quite prompt even through the pandemic. The piece looks amazing too — her re-knitting work is artisanal. Even I needed to check my original photos to confirm where hole was. See before and after. She also fixed some loose threads and tamed the mohair. Everything done perfectly. I will be in touch in future for any and all needed repairs! Very happy client.

My husbands 700 suit jacket and expensive cashmere sweater ended up with big moth holes in them... I desperately searched online and found the knit doctor... although I live in Arkansas I was able to mail them to her in California. She called me a soon as she received them, gave me an estimate and went to work. They arrived back to me in Arkansas in brand new condition -I can’t even tell where the holes were. I can’t recommend the knit doctor enough -she works magic! 100% recommend for any moth hole repairs

Galia is truly amazing. My daughter's childhood knit blanket had about 20 holes in it and the edges were shredding. The yarn was thin and more holes were appearing with every wash. Somehow, she managed to secure and redo the edges, fix all the holes and save the blanket. We can't thank her or recommend her highly enough.

I had a new beautiful handmade sweater I only wore once and it somehow got snagged or just unknitted and left pretty big gap in the back. I was so bummed. The person who made it for me lives in Turkey so didn’t want to send back for her to repair. I found Knitwear doctor and they are wonderful! Galia contacted me quickly from my email and I sent my sweater to them. I forgot to put phone number on my form and Galia contacted me again through email to provide quote. I just received sweater back and there is no way you can see where sweater was repaired! I am so happy. Great work and quick response. I’m sending some fine silk scarves to them to repair silverfish holes. They are miracle workers. Highly recommend.
