We had a wonderful time out on the water in Newport Beach in March with the seadoo jet ski rentals. Renting was quick and easy, the staff was very helpful (first time jet skiing) and gave us a complete run down from how to back the trailer down the launch ramp to being safe on the water. Overall we had a great time and even saw a ton of dolphins and seals. We will definitely be renting again.

The team was very HELPFUL and SUPER COOL when it came to accommodating our needs. I rented two sparks and my group had a blast! They ran great and they were super accommodating when it came to pick up and drop off. I would DEFINITELY rent from them again. Thank you Jessica and Justin!
Very disappointed in this company. We are interested in renting jet skis tomorrow. Yesterday we drove to their location (no one was there) called (no answer) & sent a couple text messages (no response). Not how you should run a business.
ARE YOU IN BUSINESS? One of the most horrible experiences I must say. I have called , emailed, texted, completed the forms from the website, and left several messages over the past few weeks. I fail to understand how a company can mishandle a potential customer this way. Negligent and just very disrespectful to people. The phone always goes to voicemail, text messages don't get answered and the online form ask for credit card info before a confirmed appointment is set. How could the reviews read so well but myself and two other parties were ignored by you. Hopefully you are taking time writing notes on how to improve this place, what a joke and a waste of time. Your business hours need seriously updating. No starz from me, and if I could leave ZERO I would not. That's rating you to high. Sure that's why you bait and switch with double company names.
Very Happy to have found Jessica and Justin. Great people to rent jetski's from and they offer a really good deal. Rented 4 jet ski's for the day at a fantastic price, even helped deliver and pick them on a Sunday no less! obviously a hard working family and they know what they're doing which is great! The jetski's we're very new and in really good condition, low hours ( low miles basically ) and super fast. Thank you Justin and Jessica for making our Sunday on the water very awesome! No doubt will be renting from them again as soon as the weather is nice and hot.
