As a Hawaii resident it can be difficult to find the right company in the mainland US to purchase equipment and have them ship it. A couple companies we talked to made it very difficult to purchase a long arm quilting machine and ship to us. Casey made it happen. This store is very busy and there is good reason for it. He educated me, gave his honest opinion and once I made a decision , he asked a few questions how I was going to pay, where and how I wanted it shipped and it was done. He got back to me when he said he would and the items were delivered on time as promised. If you live in Hawaii or anywhere in the nation, this is the place to try first. Fair pricing and great service!

I would highly recommend Pal's to anyone who needs to purchase a vacuum or sewing machine, or is in need of repairs. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they work with. If you purchase a product from them you can come back for maintenance check within the first five years at no extra charge. High quality customer service is always given, highly recommend!
Took a Dyson dc40 in for a quick fix - fixed in less than 15 minutes - super helpful, efficient and friendly. Will definitely return when future vacuum needs arise.

The staff at PAL's provide outstanding service and extensive industry knowledge. PAL's carries a lot of sturdy American-made vacuums. After they spent 20 minutes educating me about the various brands and types of vacuums, I bought a terrific hand-held vacuum to handle pet hair on upholstery. A year later, when a part of it stopped working, PAL's quickly contacted the manufacturer and resolved my issue. Very pleased with the service here.
