Lets keep this short. Out performed local dealers and another highly recommended performance shop. Took my Mustang in with load noise in rear end, other shop said was normal due to solid upper control mount they installed. Not so needed bearings and seals, also found rear calipers frozen and pads installed wrong. Give this shop a try i think you will be very happy.

This place is great. Jack is super kind and had great knowledge about cars. He made time to explain things about the car and fixed it up super quick. This is definitely the place I will come back to if I have troubles with my car again. I can highly recommend them!
As a female I find it hard to trust mechanics because I wouldn't know if I'm being charged extra for something I may or may not need. So I kind of cringe when I have to take my car in for maintenance. Really I just want a mechanic I can trust and feel comfortable with. Recently I heard about this mechanic in Costa Mesa at Jacks Fords Only who is the real deal. He was recommended has a great auto repair shop who will not charge you an arm and a leg, and will only do the work that is needed - not all the extras. I went to check out the shop and was blown away! It is the cleanest car repair shop I have ever seen! Everything is so well organized and in its appropriate place. You hear classic rock playing in the background. The guys at the repair shop were super helpful and guaranteed their auto service to get you in and out the same day for minor auto repairs. Turns out the owner specializes in Ford, Lincoln and Mercury. And will work on classic American cars of other brands. He has been a mechanic for over 40 years and is a Army Vet that worked on helicopters. Instantly, I felt like I was in great hands and new I could trust him because my boyfriend is an Army Vet too! My family and I have been going to Jack for years. Currently we're on our third Ford, and Jack has done a great job on keeping us on the road and happy with honest, reasonably priced service. He's not in business to schmooze anyone, and he's seen it all, so be prepared to have a direct, to the point conversation about what your needs are and how they are best fixed. Deal with it and you'll get great results at the right price, which is what you go to a mechanic for, right?
I was looking for an auto repair shop who specialize in Fords, just in case of any future repairs, things happen, and did I ever find the right shop! Took my truck in for a brake job and was back on the road in no time. Good conversation with Jack, did not try and sell me additional work, fair pricing and the cleanest, sharpest shop I have ever seen, a good reflection of how they treat the automobiles they service.I found my local Ford shop, highly recommend!
