I had the strangest issue with my cell phone, it seemed like it would most likely not be repairable and I'd have to purchase a new one. I walked in and it was VERY busy. I wish I could remember the man's name who helped me, he was courteous, kind, patient and a rockstar all at the same time. As frustrating and annoying as my problem was, he managed to fix it and for free. He explained that 3 other customers came in earlier with the same problem and he knew what to do. He saved me 800 !!! At a time like this I really appreciated that.

I went in to either repair or replace my phone. The associate (I wish I could remember his name) was polite and very helpful. There was some miscommunication regarding what my out-the-door cost was going to be, but he resolved it quickly for me without a word.
