Several years ago, I rented out my house in Costa Mesa with no experience in property management. Last year, I ran into a lot of problems with my house. I had tenants that were problematic. I had neighbors that were on my case. And I had the City sending me code violations. I had a lease agreement that had flaws in it. It was almost the perfect bad storm for a landlord. I needed professional help to solve my problem that I got myself into. I thought I could do this property management thing on my own, but I realized I couldn’t. I searched through yelp for highly rated property management firms and I called and interviewed the top companies that I found. Some companies did not even want to get involved with my predicament. After calling several companies, Dyson came out to be by far the strongest. His confidence that he had that he can turn around my property into a profitable rental house. It gave me hope in a time where I needed it most. I hired Dyson last year as my property manager, and it was the best decision I could have made to my house. He was able to work with an attorney to evict the tenants and calm the neighbors’ concerns. He was also able to fix up my house to make it rental ready again. Then he was able to find better tenants quickly. Also, at the same time, he was able use better lease agreements without the flaws that I had in mine. All and all, he was able to prove himself that he was Worthy of my business and he executed what he intended to do. Now, the house is doing well with great tenants and was able to bring peace into the neighborhood. I would recommend him to all my friends, which I already have, and recommend him to anyone who is in need of good property management of their rental units. Working with Dyson has been a pleasure, he is very easy going and easy to work with. He is an honest and fair man with great people and property management skills.

I first found Dyson when I was looking for a property manager to help me rent out my condo. Dyson helped me find the perfect tenants for my place. When it was time to sell, I trusted Dyson to list my home, and he produced a great buyer. We closed in less than a month. Couldn't be happier than to go with my decision to go with Dyson and Worthy Homes!
This dude made me drive out to his property and told me to give him a 30 min warning call and then proceeds to ignore my calls. Thanks for wasting my time
