Free hearing test. Appointment needed. Bring my mom for hearing test, the tech just do the test and when i asked if she can try the product to know the difference between wearing the hearing aid or not, she just give brochures of different products (costco brand vs other). How can customer make decisions??? We heard other costco hearing aid the tech allow the customer to walk around the store to see the difference of wearing the equipment or not.

Was nervous taking my mom to Costco for hearing aids but they came highly recommend by friends for cost and service. My mom was nervous but the staff was very nice and welcoming. Julie was recommended and the appointment was scheduled with her. After the initial test various questions were asked about her daily and weekly routines and what she was looking for. Julie recommended a Phonak rechargeable hearing aid that she was able to try on and walk around the store. Julie was patient and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. My mom has had the hearing aids for about 2 months and loves them. She has even returned on her own to have the hearing aids cleaned. This was not the first place we went but was the last and so happy we did! Great service, great product and the cost is half the price as other stores. Thank you Julie!

Very good experience! The kicker was when after the testing, the young man placed the apparatus on my ears and told me to walk around the store. What an improvement! was ready to buy them on the spot! He saw on my wallet, "Vietnam Vet" he said I would love to sell them to you, but I suggest you contact the V A and see if they can help you. Long story short, today i finally got an appointment at the V A in Long Beach, they consolidated all my hearing tests, took molds of my ears...i pick them up the 8th of January. Congratulations, on the awesome service!
