Stunningly bad communication. Zero stars. I WAS SHOCKED that after injecting you with something that crazily races your heart for a stress test, that they don't call to check on you that evening, or the next day, or EVER. I had a tremendous headache for hours from stuff that supposedly wears off in minutes. Amazing too, they prescribe time-consuming tests and CAN'T BE BOTHERED to call with results. More than once. I'm done with them.

Dr Nowlands staff is very rude. I was prescribed a fish oil for my health and it came back at 500 dollars per bottle. About 6,000 a year for fish oil. When I called the office nicely to ask what alternatives I had they said, “if you can’t afford it then you have no other options.” They are so rude, unprofessional it makes it very difficult to want to continue to use the doctor. However, Dr Nowland, when I did see him was great, his staff that answers the phone, Jenn his receptionist was most unhelpful, and rude.
