Ordered delivery. Made my Philly wrong. Called them back and the lady on the phone was very rude and didn't seem to care. Very unprofessional. And the Philly isn't great either . Never ordering from there again.
First time here, we got a free pizza coupon in the mail and we tried their pizza! It was amazing, they have flavored crust which makes all the difference! Our favorite pizza place in Michigan out of the three we’ve tried.
I just tried to place an order and was denied my delivery because I don't meet the mininum order requirement. I would have to order more food in order to get what I have earned. This is a gimmick. The manager says she knows nothing about the points system. I will not order another 9 worth of food to get what I have already earned.
I've been getting pizza from this location for the past few months, and each time it has been fantastic. It's not your average take out & delivery pizza shop; Cottage Inn serves more of a variety of quality pizzas, sandwiches and more. BBQ Chicken pizza with no bacon is my personal favorite. The staff have been easy to work with over the phone (especially with more complex orders) and all of their delivery staff are polite and professional. I really enjoy getting my pizza from this location, and look forward to my next one! Keep up the fantastic work Cottage Inn Auburn Hills!
