My family and I are new to the area and looking for a nice place to rent. Despite 50/50 chance of loving the complex (due to reviews) unfortunately we were forced to side on the negative end. We stepped foot into the rental office and was immediately turned off by the demeanor of the young lady who greeted us, I will not go into details but it was a very unprofessional experience I wish to never experience again.

I visit my brother and sister in law that lives at the cottages of Martinsburg an the place is so nice and neat.. the staff is nice and pleasant there apartments are so kept up maintenance and office staff is on it anytime my brother calls... and the property manager Kimberly Ritter is very helpful and I can see she cares for her tenants and does a lot for her community I would recommend anyone to move there it’s just so nice along with all the staff....
I have visited the cottages because of family renting there and would recommend this place to anybody! While visiting my family I got the chance to meet the maitenance an office staff which are very friendly and kind. Definitely worth the 5 stars.
I have recommended the cottages of martinsburg to family and friends. I come to know of the cottages due to family living there and go to visit often. I was surprised at how lovely the grounds are kept and how nice the apartments are. I have met several of the managment personnel and the property manager Kim has always been pleasant and willing to help whenever needed. I would recommend anyone to live at the cottages.
