I LOVE THIS HOUSE. THE OWNER IS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. I HAVE MADE MANY GREAT MEMORIES WITH MY GRANDSON HENRY! HENRY AND I LOVE TO SIT ON THE FRONT PORCH EATING ICECREAM! I WILL VISIT COTTER ROCK COTTAGE EVERY SUMMER FROM NOW ON! THANKS JOEY FOR THE HOME AND MEMORIES! (SORRY I DON’T KNOW HOW TO TURN CAPS OFF. I GUESS I SHOULD ASK HENRY HOW TO DO THAT HAHAHA.)

Absolutely loved Cotter Cottage. Amazing! We went for 4 days. We were greeting by, Joey Shaw, he is the owner. He took us through a tour of the cottage and let us know that if we had questions he was available to help. He is friendly and knowledgeable. On the table there is a booklet on the history of the cottage and places in Cotter. The cottage is so clean and cozy that it feels just like home. It has everything you would need. In the back yard there is a grill and a patio with seating. Every night we arrived at the cottage and fell asleep on the most comfortable mattress. Can't say enough on how nice and comfortable it is and how welcome Joey made us feel. I would give the Shaw family and the cottage a 10 if I could. Thank you for your hospitality. Great place to stay! It’s near the cotter boat dock if you are looking to go fishing or swimming. It’s close to town and all the restaurants. Very clean and comfortable house for your family. It’s a two bedroom one bathroom home and has everything you need during your stay like games, movies, and towels for swimming. The owners a friendly and super accommodating. I highly recommend this cottage!

What a wonderful place to stay! The owners have thought of every possible amenity! Very clean and warm. I will definitely be back. Forget hotels this was home! You can walk to the River and the fishing was amazing

I have been to the Cotter Rock Cottage numerous times and have never once had anything but a great time. It's right off the river, clean, spacious, luxurious, and the owner, Joey Shaw, is probably the nicest, most helpful person you could ever hope to rent from. Go to the CRC. You won't regret it. I know I never have!
