I would not recommend buying ornaments here ever. My 3 year old received two identical ornaments for Christmas. One didn't even arrive until December 29th. Guess what? You can't return ornaments after December 25th per their policy. So I can't return an item I didn't receive until December 29th even though it was ordered on December 5th. Absolutely ridiculous. The women in the shop just looked at me blankly. Not their problem.

They have the nicest people. Very helpful. A young woman took time to help even though her manager had slammed her with boxes of stock. And she did it with a smile.
