I can't say enough about the Cottleville Synergy Center. The staff and facilities are fantastic. I absolutely love it here. Mike, the owner is passionate - he's constantly evaluating the center, listening to tenants, and making improvements. I have been renting an office space here since September of 2020. My wife and I relocated to St. Charles from Los Angeles, and I needed a quiet place to work. Finding that was the easy part, but what I didn't anticipate was how much I was going to appreciate the community of fellow workers and the incredibly friendly staff. It truly feels like a family here. The rates are extremely competitive, and there are many office options to meet your business needs. I'm a night owl and often work late, so 24-hour access was also important to me. The facilities are beautiful, and all the public spaces are kept incredibly clean and organized. But the most important thing... they have free coffee! ;-) You need to check this place out. Come by! They'll be happy to give you a tour.

This is a great space in a neat little town. The owners and other people involved are great (Mike, Sue, Barb and Mary) and they truly want you to succeed. The tennants and co-workers are all great people a d there is a sense of community. The fridge is stocked with water, they have coffee available all day Monday to Friday. You can even grab a beer. They host Thirsty Thursdays monthly and encourage networking. It is right next door to Bemos so good food is right there. They offer mail box services too. I leased a space temporarily while my house was being remodeled, but enjoy it there so much I renewed. I hope they will have me for a long time.
After sharing space with mortgage company for 10 years, I was forced to work from home as they were located in Saint Louis County. I own an insurance agency and prefer an office environment. I stumbled across the Synergy Center as I live close by. The building is amazing and Barb and the rest of the staff are great. Highly highly recommend.
The Cottleville Synergy Center has worked out great for us! All the advantages of a big office building without all of the cost. Barb and the crew are great to work with and really go out of their way to make all the business owners feel welcome and at home. The perfect environment for a growing business!
One of the best places for networking! They also host community events and rent out office space to small businesses! Great owners and centrally located. Check it out!
