This is a horrible place to have a birthday party. It was very disorganized and the host was very boring. Despite the fact my daughter had on a shirt with “birthday girl” on it, she asked numerous of times. She never smiled and proceeded to have a flat affect throughout the entire party. I really feel Urban air should do a better job at screening for “kid friendly “ host. The party cost 388.00. During checkout, I was forced to go to the ATM and get cash, as they didn’t trust my debit card. Don’t waste your time. Take a cake there and host it yourself. Thank me later!!

Super fun place to take the kids. If your kids are a bit older, they can easily maneuver through the different areas/obstacles while you relax at the table and enjoy some snacks/drinks. There are a variety of unique obstacles including a ropes course, rock walls, foam pit, trampolines, and zip line. We can easily spend an entire afternoon there. The only down side is it’s not cheap, but it’s certainly worth the cost for an occasional, unique activity. You do have to use their specific socks, which I believe are 2.00

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff. We're notified of precautions being taken due to COVID. The entire space was clean and sanitized and our kiddos had a BLAST! THANK YOU URBAN AIR for such a great and clean environment/experience!

My kids ALWAYS LOVE Urban Air! This was our first time being back there since the big \covid pandemic\ and the place was not packed like usual (which we personally loved!!) And it seemed very clean and we'll kept up with. Also they have an optional mask policy, not required but recommended, for the visitors. It seemed almost half of the people there had masks on and all of the employees had them on as well. We will definitely be back!!

Good value for the . My two boys love this place. We found out about it by attending a birthday party here & now they're having an absolute blast on our second visit.
