If you way over priced, extremely rude people this is your place. If want the worst customer service ask these people for help. If you are fisherman they have NOTHING to help you. They give tickets saying your fishing in a no fishing zone. But no signs posted except at the beach I would never stay there again, even if it was free. Oh FYI they haven't mowed three lawn in months.

Delightfull quite place spent couple days there. Camp sights could use some grading but over all clean.

Be aware... because of covid, this marina does not do same day boat rental. Otherwise, this is a beautiful setting for hikes and swims. Bring sturdy flip, the shore is rocky.

I love this place. Family has been camping here sice 2004. The current camp host, Rich, and his lovely wife, Ruth, are fabulous. With a great understanding of the qildlife, and camp life in general.

I was supposed to meet a man to take me up the river toward a place he called "The Fort," but he never showed up... It was a nice little campground though, with a stunning view of the Colorado.

Tons of potential, but I feel like the resort could spend a lot more resources keeping the swim beaches cleaner. The swim beach was covered in trash. Also there was stinky mud and overgrown algae all along the swim beach area, ( yes I realize that's natural, but not what you're looking for when trying to enjoy a beach at a resort) It would take someone 10 minutes tops a day to clean it out but it seems like nobody cares to. Besides that, the store was great, the motel was clean, the docks were well kept and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This location needs to provide a boat in camp for canoers and kayaks that are traveling through. Facilities are available on the beach (restroom , water, trash, tables), but I had to make multiple trips carrying my camping gear to the campground, (1/8- 1/4 mile each way depending on availability) because the sign says no beach camping. When the Ranger came through, I asked him why. He said the no beach camping was only in the summer. Boat in campers could check in and pay at the campground but be allowed to stay with their canoe/kayak and camp on the beach.
