Planning a wedding can be very exhausting and time consuming. Verve Events made things very easy for me when it came to choosing chairs for our ceremony and took all the guess work out of it. Verve Events delivered, set up and tore down the chairs, leaving me with one less thing to worry about! They have a variety of styles and colors to choose from and I was so happy to learn they had black chairs as our wedding was on Halloween and we were going for a Fall look with accents of Halloween! I had called a few times to make adjustments and add to the order (we had to change the head count for chairs and included glass flutes for toasting) without any issues or complaints on their end. Any time I called, they were courteous and eager to help and if they could not answer right away, they would return my call within a day. I really appreciate them for making it a smooth process!

What an amazing company to work with. Today we have so many corporate businesses to choose from, however, it was just so refreshing to get taken care of by a small business that really took the time to care about what we needed. We had the pleasure of working closely with Dani Simpson and she was wonderful and so thorough in helping us pick out the right rentals for our wedding venue. She knew how to paint a picture of what we were wanting and covered every detail from lighting to silverware. Verve Rentals made everything from picking things out, to delivery and pickup so simple. If your venue will work with them, please do so, they are worth every penny and their stuff is pristine and immaculate!

The customer service provided by Verve has been nothing short of exceptional. Every person I've worked with has been well informed and extremely helpful. In fact, our wedding venue acquired the same tent we were planning on renting from Verve. Verve called us to inform us of this fact, and quickly processed our refund. Even though we are not going to end up renting from them, I would recommend them to anyone needing rentals in the area. Thanks Verve!
