I will NEVER do business with this company again. I will not recommend it to anyone. My couch had bed bugs on it 2 months after I got it and they blamed my apartment complex and we're quick to say it could not be them and showed me no remorse whatsoever. It was used furniture that I had. It was a managers special. I ended up having to pay the whole thing off and I had to get my furniture treated for bed bugs.

Literally just got my washer/dryer paid off 2 months ago and dryer quit working. Called to see if there was any grace period after the payoff for repairs and was told if I didn't pay for the club membership every month then there was no warranty! Nobody ever told me anything about a club membership!!. Guess I will take my business elsewhere
Very low customer service satisfaction guarantee kinda rude customer service agents and sales staff plus when you want to re rent something they tell you they can't rent to you won't give you exact reasons do not recommend errand to rent any merchandise
Will never go threw them again. I'll stick with RAC. They are just so rude.
I wish I could give no stars. Just horrible place. People are rude. The only nice one that I would reccomend working with is Cheyenne! I would highly recommend not doing business with this company at all. Dave, the manager RUDE. next call, corporate.
