I would not want to live here!! Yes the place looks nice but the people here seem to want to get all up in your business!! I use public transit therefore i walked into the trailer park. I got asked by 2 people why i was there on my way in and by 3 people 1 of which "tresspassed" (hahaha) me for not telling him why or who i was there to see!!! Mind your own business people!!!

I started living there and the office was closed due to covid-19. Trying to get in application was extremely hard, when I finally got my application in another 45 days I was then denied. if you get denied from this place then you automatically are trespassed so now I cannot see my wife or kids. If you DON'T like to see your family than this would be a great place BEWARE OF THE MAINTENANCE GUY YOU'LL CAUSE PROBLEMS IF YOU GET ON HIS BAD SIDE WILL LOOK FOR ANYTHING TO START PROBLEMS. I REALLY WISH THIS PLACE WILL CHANGE THEIR POLICY SO I CAN SEE MY WIFE AND KIDS.

Good community to live in. We have family there and they are happy with the service. We had to go to the office for help while our family was in the hospital and we were treated very well and the property management was helpful and made everything convenient for us. Great place!
