New resident here! I have to say the staff here has been amazing!! When coming in to look at the property I initially dealt with Jojo, it was closing time, but she stayed a little late to help me out and answer any questions I had! I had returned the following weekend and dealt with Jay, he was so helpful walking me through the process and getting me settled in with signing the lease. Upon moving in I did have a maintenance request, I spoke with Alicia the manager and she took care of it in less than 24 hours! All of the staff bring a home feeling to the property and you see that with the interactions of other residents here. The unit itself is beautiful and I’m very pleased. The property is quiet considering it’s a large complex and pretty clean as well. I also want to add, I did have a conversation with one of the maintenance men, Ray! He, like the other staff, was great and very attentive to the COVID restrictions as well as polite. I give this place 5 ️ Thank you Country Club Verandas staff for making this an easy transition and for making it feel like home!️ I appreciate you all!

IM SORRY, BUT THESE APARTMENTS ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY TO LIVE IN. OVER PRICED. OLD APPLIANCES. OUR AC LEAKED, TOOK THEM OVER A WEEK TO FIX. BLACK SLIMY MOLD IN THE SHOWER. NOT TO MENTION THE RUDE WOMEN WHO WORK IN THE OFFICE. IM SO GLAD MY LEASE IS UP. I LET THEM KNOW AND THEY WERE VERY WELL AWARE OF ME NOT WANTING TO RENEWING MY LEASE. LAST DAY OF MY LEASE THEY COME AT ME WITH A CHARGE OF 486 FOR NOT LETTING THEM KNOW A MONTH IN ADVANCE OF NOT RENEWING LEASE. WHEN CLEARLY I HAD LET THEM KNOW, WELL BEFORE THE LEASE WAS UP. THE POOL IS ALWAYS CLOSED. LAUNDRY IS TOO EXPENSIVE TO DO THERE. ROACH INFESTED. OVERLU PRICED. RUDE OFFICE PEOPLE.

I've lived here for 2 years, I very much liked living here before the new management took over, nothing was ever said before it happened we just received an email saying the complex had new management all of our favorite office people magically disappeared, new management took over and started enovating\ the complex by taking out most of the grassy areas and making them into dog parks and other unnecessary unneeded things, I enjoyed having actual green grass outside of my apartment because that type of stuff is hard to find in arizona and now it got replaced by a sand dog park that always smells like urine and feces because people don't clean up after their pets, the pool is closed and locked up over half of the summer, every other day they have an \emergency\ water shut-off in one or more buildings, recently there have been people prowling around the parking lot looking in people's cars with flashlights at all hours of the night, the complex has \security\ patrols but they seem to be more worried about kicking people out of the pool if they are in there after 10 pm rather than looking for people doing ACTUAL bad things, the rent is obnoxiously high for the quality and size of the apartment you get, I can say I'm glad I didn't renew my lease this year.. I only gave it a 2 star because one of the office ladies is very nice and helpful.

Do not agree with an annual inspection during a global pandemic. This is extremely unsafe and careless so you can snoop on your residents. I am very glad the city of Mesa and the CDC agree that this is a quick way to spread covid and is not warranted.

Ever since the property changed management communication has been bad and office staff are rude and condescending. They decided to have painters enter apartments tracking germs from 1 apt to the next during stay at home order until I complained. 1 extra star for actually listening to reason and having good maintenance staff. I can't wait to move out. Noise is also a huge problem. Update: Calling issues I have with current communication \trepidation\ is exactly what I'm talking about. Expect terminological inexactitudes and/or no responses if you do have a concern outside of maintenance.
