I took my dog, Luna, there for her checkup, bath and nails clipped. All the staff were very personable and loving to Luna. Lollie was the vet who treated Luna. She answered all the questions I had and gave me some great advice. I would highly recommend them.

We are new to the area and have only had one appointment with Dr. Lollie. We selected Country Creek Animal Hospital because of all the great reviews and what appeared to be excellent boarding facilities from what I could tell online. I can assure you, they are as nice when seen in person as they appear online. Our cat Gracie will be so happy to be on her own floor, separate from the poochies, and she will have a room with a view! Equally as pleasant are Dr. Lollie, and her staff. Very warm and welcoming, and addressed every concern and made sure we were not rushed. After her appointment; I was given a complete tour of the immaculate facility, and I left feeling very reassured that Gracie's boarding stays will be pleasant. As long as our home is in Allen; Gracie's home away from home, and Vet, will be Country Creek Animal Hospital, Dr. Lollie and her pleasant staff!

Cannot say enough great things about this vet! Had an emergency with our little girl and they were able to see us same day as opposed to other places who kept turning us away. The staff is amazing and so sweet! They were very knowledgeable in what our baby needed and went over all of the treatment with us before anything was done. We will definitely continue coming here for all our vet needs!

We've been looking for a local vet for our fur baby, and we have finally found it! This place is great!! The location is clean. I love that they keep cats and dogs separate to minimize your pet's anxiety. They're so thoughtful–they even have plug ins that release calming pheromones! Both the receptionists and techs are very friendly. The vet is extremely knowledgable and thorough. We appreciated how he gave us the scope of what was needed for Thor along with the pricing. We had been spending money on unneeded vaccinations that could be harmful to Thor, and rather than making more money, he explained all of this to us in a way that we could understand. We are so happy to have found a vet that cares about their \clients\ as much as their owners care.
